Refund policy

All putters and golf accessories are final sale. 

Deschamps Designs Golf provides a 30 day quality guarantee for order errors (not made to order form) and defects in workmanship. This 30 day period starts when you receive the putter. After you receive you putter please unpack and inspect to make sure you got what you paid for.

This quality guarantee applies to normal use of a putter only. Abuse and damage on or off course, trying to remove the neck or shaft, changing paintfill or any other non standard use of a putter voids the guarantee. Also note that browning of the Satin and Aged finishes is normal and this color change is not covered under the quality guarantee.

Do not just ship the putter back and expect a refund.

In the email describe the issue and include pictures. If it is determined that is was an error in executing the order properly or a defect in workmanship committed by Deschamps Designs Golf and this is communicated within 30 days of you receiving the putter, Deschamps Designs Golf will work to either:

1) Refund your purchase.

or

2) Repair or replace the putter.

Deschamps Designs Golf reserves the right to deny any guarantee claim for any reason.
