Shipping policy

Putter shipments within Canada are shipped with Canada Post Expedited Parcel and insured for the value of the order. Rate is $30 CAD. Ship times are typically 2 to 3 business days as stated on the Canada Post website for Expedited Parcel shipping. For non-putter shipments Canada Post Tracked Packet is the level of service. Rate is $15 CAD. Deschamps Designs Golf is not responsible for ship times or delays in shipping.

Note: Duty already included in prices for US customers. Putter shipments to the USA are shipped with Canada Post Expedited Parcel and insured for the value of the order. Rate is $40 CAD. Ship times are typically 3 days for mainland USA as stated on the Canada Post website for Expedited Parcel shipping. For non-putter shipments Canada Post Tracked Packet is the level of service. Rate is $20 CAD. Delays at the border can be expected to increase these times. Deschamps Designs Golf is not responsible for ship times or delays in shipping. The customer is fully responsible to pay any import, duty, tariff, taxes or other fees relating to international shipments.

International shipments outside of Canada and the USA will be Surface Level. Rate is $90 CAD for putters and $30 CAD for non-putter shipments  The shipment will be insured for the value of the order. Deschamps Designs Golf is not responsible for ship times or delays in shipping. The customer is fully responsible to pay any import, duty, taxes or other fees relating to international shipments.

Deschamps Designs Golf is not responsible for items shipped to an address incorrectly entered by the customer. Please take extra care in ensuring your address and contact information is correct when placing your order.
